The loop I run on every account
Frame, audit, instrument, launch, measure, scale, automate. The order holds; the weight of each step is set against the account.

Seven steps, then back to the start. The order does not change — what changes is how much each one costs on a given account.
Instrument before you launch
Most accounts I am handed do not have a media problem. They have an attribution problem wearing a media problem’s clothes. Spend scaling behind an unvalidated event is the most expensive mistake available.
Automate last, not first
Automation is the reward for a process that already works. Handing a broken workflow to an agent gets you the same mistakes, faster. What repeats and is understood is what moves into tooling.

PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER · GOTRADE (YC S19)
Performance Marketing Manager at Gotrade (YC S19), running paid acquisition for the Indonesian market as sole contributor. I started in frontend engineering in 2013 and spent three years in technical support before moving into growth, which is why I read a tracking stack as fluently as a media plan. I also build XerAds, an AI-native growth platform. I am as comfortable debugging a tracking pixel as optimising a campaign budget.
